This privacy policy explains how the Ramazan Demir mobile application processes user data. The application was developed to provide AI-supported answers to questions based on Ramazan Demir’s books, writings, and talks.
Information Collected and Processed
Depending on how you use the application, the following information may be processed:
- Questions you write in the application
- Answers generated by artificial intelligence
- Chat titles and chat history
- Source information shown in answers
- An anonymous device/installation identifier created for application usage
- Information you share through the feedback form
- Chat data stored in iCloud or Google Drive if you use the sync feature
The application does not directly request information such as your name, surname, phone number, or location.
Data Processing for AI Answers
Questions you write in the application are sent to the server infrastructure so that an answer can be generated. During this process, the question text, the relevant chat identifier if applicable, and an anonymous installation identifier for managing daily usage limits may be processed.
AI answers are generated automatically. Answers may contain errors or omissions. Users should not treat the answers as final religious, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Chat History
Chat history is stored locally on your device. This history can be viewed and deleted from within the application.
Chats are stored for 30 days. Expired chats and messages are marked for deletion by the application and cleaned up at an appropriate time.
iCloud and Google Drive Sync
The application may offer a sync feature to preserve chat history across devices.
On iOS devices, chat history may be stored in the private CloudKit area of the user’s iCloud account.
On Android devices, if the user gives permission, chat history may be stored in Google Drive’s app-specific data area. This area is private and can only be accessed by the relevant application.
The sync feature works through the infrastructure of your relevant Apple or Google account. The use of these services is subject to Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies.
Feedback
The feedback link in the application may redirect you to a form through Google Forms. The information you share through this form may be used for bug reports, suggestions, or evaluations related to answer quality.
When submitting feedback, you are advised not to share personal or sensitive information.
Sharing of Data
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
However, certain technical service providers may be used for the operation of the application. These may include services such as server infrastructure, AI answer generation services, iCloud, Google Drive, and Google Forms.
This sharing is limited only to purposes such as operating the application, generating answers, synchronization, receiving feedback, and security.
Data Retention and Deletion
Chat history is stored in the application for 30 days. Users can delete chats from within the application.
If the sync feature is used, deletion actions may also be reflected in the synced data stored in iCloud or Google Drive.

Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to protect data. However, no data transmission over the internet or digital storage method can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
Children’s Privacy
The application does not aim to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that personal information belonging to a child has been shared through the application, you may contact us to request its deletion.
